You are required to check your temperature at the door because even though people treat you bad don't mean you have to treat them by your required to remain calm because it helps you keep your temperature low and also it helps give you balance and peace what I'm saying is that when your temperature is rising High you have the tendency not to act right so be mindful of your temperature and you guys have a wonderful day
